OOTD: Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil

I was lucky enough to find this jacket while waiting for a friend before the CLOT x RIVIERAS launch party. Hong Kong is well known for its small Japanese-style boutique malls and I love the amazing clothes that you can find inside. Selling a wide variety of affordable yet stylish clothing, these malls are constantly my go-to places to satisfy my never-ending sartorial needs.

The mall I went to was a 4 story heaven called Island Beverly (Oasis seems more fitting here) right across Sogo in Causeway Bay. Though the shops mainly cater to women, there are many instances where I can also find something perfect for myself (this jacket included) so don't be discouraged!

I think this is one of the best OOTDs that I've done so far because it really describes my sense of style. And of course, I can't discount the fact that the plastic jacket was a real statement piece. Paired with my silver hi-top sneakers from Zara, I felt like I was ready for any fashion party!

The sacrifices I make for fashion...
Many thanks to Jin Wong from Remedy Rouge/HK Girl Talk for taking the pics!

I've finally completed my 1st year of college and I'm really excited for the things that will come at Cut & Copy. More time means better projects and I hope it'll be a fun addition to what I already do. For the past month, I've been working with another partner on a fun project that I'll be announcing soon but I'll have to keep my mouth shut for now. Though I guess a hint won't hurt... :)
And speaking of new additions, here's a cover of Amy Winehouse's "Back to Black" by Beyoncé and André 3000 from the coming summer hit The Great Gatsby. It's an awesome soundtrack that will be released today so have a listen and revel in an anticipated 20s comeback this summer.
