For those of you following my other street style blog Style on Pottinger, you may have realised that Jin and I haven't been posting in a while. Don't worry, we're very much alive and well. However, we've come to the point where we've decided to go our own ways despite the lovely response from our readers. Both Jin and I would like to thank everyone who has supported us and we hope that you'll continue reading our blogs as we continue to grow!
So, a new chapter begins here on Cut & Copy...

I remember my first "Street Style Saturday's" post from April that was definitely an unexpected hit on this blog. It continues to stand as one of my most read posts today and I hope you guys will enjoy this new segment once again on Cut & Copy!
Today, I bring you to PoHo (short for the quaint artsy neighbourhood of Po Hing Fong) in Sheung Wan. On a lovely Saturday afternoon, people of all ages come out and stroll along Tai Ping Shan Street, taking in the traditional architecture with small galleries and cafés by the side. As a street style photographer, my favourite place to shoot street style is somewhere around an alleyway that houses Teakha, a cozy neighbourhood tea café of sorts. There, you really get a sense of the neighbourhood with repeat customers and visitors all mingling in a warm environment. The best part for me however, is having like-minded people with an interest in design all dressed up for a relaxed weekend afternoon. Below are some of the men I found particularly interesting...
Perhaps I should also explain myself as to why I named this post as such.
Above, I found this well dressed gentleman on the phone outside a cool-looking furniture shop. After what seemed to be a business call, I asked Alan for a street style shot. The person on the other end might have been a furniture dealer as it turns out that Alan here is the co-founder of a.Style, the furniture store that was right behind him. What a coincidence!
On that note, the gentleman above looked effortlessly chic in his purple loafers so I approached him for a quick snap. What's amusing is that Lenny happens to be the owner of Chum5, a hip and trendy footwear store also along Tai Ping Shan Street. Of all the places I could've walked, I somehow caught him hanging outside his store! I wonder who I'll be able to see next time I return...
great styles! :)
